The “Zebra Day” celebration was a wonderful learning activity, which helped children to sort and classify objects based on colours. The children and grade teachers came in black and white coloured outfit all were looking wonderful. Joy and happiness was reflecting on the shining faces. As an activity the children enthusiastically participated in crayoning, palm printing etc.

The teacher explained black and white colour by showing animal zebra & with different white and black coloured objects like shapes, modes of transport animals birds and other objects. We played a zebra crossing game where our students walked carefully, across strips of black paper. This helps them to develop their balance and motor coordination. All little angles sang song Ba-Ba Black Sheep. The children thoroughly enjoyed their practical learning experience. Colours are indeed the smiles of nature.
